I guess a little follow up here is in order:

The DLC worked like a charm, completed the game with Bass last night and it only took 1 hour & 1 minute. Bass was way to powerful but it was a neat treat to get the DLC installed.
Just a little more to do to make the save file complete.

This game is looking a tad blurred on my end. And what strikes me as odd is that, under the exact same settings, Mega Man 9 looks crispy clean.

How do I make 10 look like 9?

How can I set EFB Scale to 1x ? Can't find it at all (no particular toogle).

EFB Scale refers to the Internal Resolution option in Graphics > Enhancements. 1x is listed as Native.
