Based on GameFAQs, Kappa-kun to Asobou: Kappa-kun to Mori no Nakamatachi is a separate game with a different title screen image. The title screen image that's attached to this wiki entry definitely says Kappa-kun to Asobou: Kappa-kun to 3 Biki no Koneko, so I don't think anything is wrong with this wiki entry.
