Game works, but has lots of slowdowns while loading (less than 1 fps)

Underclocking cpu seems to improve those speeds.

Tested on 5.0 6681, D3D, all defaults
I7 7700, Zotac 980 Amp Extreme Edition, 16 GBs DDR4
Always using latest dev version unless noted

This is probably due to the game unlocking the framerate while loading and since Dolphin emulates an infinitely fast GPU (IIRC) it will become very very demanding and thus slow down to 1 FPS.
Check my profile for up to date specs.

I've noticed these lines repeating in the log when it loading and slows down:

12:14:526 core\ios\fs\filesystemproxy.cpp:55 E[IOS_FS]: ReadDirectory(/title/00010001/57483350/data/profile1/profile2): result -106
12:14:526 core\ios\fs\filesystemproxy.cpp:55 E[IOS_FS]: ReadDirectory(/title/00010001/57483350/data/profile2/data1.dat): result -101
12:14:528 core\ios\fs\filesystemproxy.cpp:55 E[IOS_FS]: ReadDirectory(/title/00010001/57483350/data/banner.bin): result -101
12:14:528 core\ios\fs\filesystemproxy.cpp:55 E[IOS_FS]: ReadDirectory(/title/00010001/57483350/data/profile0/data1.dat): result -101
12:14:528 core\ios\fs\hostbackend\fs.cpp:267 W[IOS_FS]: Search not found: C:/Users/Jonasz/Documents/Dolphin Emulator/Wii/title/00010001/57483350/data/profile0/profile1
12:14:528 core\ios\fs\filesystemproxy.cpp:55 E[IOS_FS]: ReadDirectory(/title/00010001/57483350/data/profile0/profile1): result -106
12:14:529 core\ios\fs\filesystemproxy.cpp:55 E[IOS_FS]: ReadDirectory(/title/00010001/57483350/data/profile1/data1.dat): result -101
12:14:529 core\ios\fs\hostbackend\fs.cpp:267 W[IOS_FS]: Search not found: C:/Users/Jonasz/Documents/Dolphin Emulator/Wii/title/00010001/57483350/data/profile1/profile2

For some reason it looks for profile1 directory inside profile0 despite the former being in data directory. Maybe this causes the slowdowns.
I've also tried underclocking the cpu to 50% and while it helps a bit it also slows down wii menu and the game's music. Tested on 5.0.9616 Direct3D 11 all defaults expect for aforementioned EmulationSpeed = 0.5.

UPDATE: I think I've found a nice balance between fixing loading screens slowdowns and keeping the music's pitch and tempo. Loading screens are now very close to original hardware. Below is the content of gameini file just copy and paste.

Code:
[Core]
FastDiscSpeed = True
EmulationSpeed = 0.92
GFXBackend = Vulkan
[Video_Settings]
HiresTextures = False
DisableFog = False
[Video_Hardware]
VSync = True
