Good hashes of disc images can be found at redump.org (focuses especially on this, but Wii hashes aren't publicly available), and you can also find some hashes at gametdb.com (doesn't focus especially on this, but you can sometimes find hashes that aren't publicly available on redump.org). There are many possible "good" WAD files for each game, so there's not much point in having a database of hashes of WAD files.

Also at least one of the online inventories seems to include the "a69e93f2c753775cb90774309287277c" hash, so some can't be trusted.

WADs contain a TMD, which has SHA1 hashes for all content files so it's pointless to keep WAD hashes.
