D3D has a serious issue, the 3d world where you have to pick the places is not rendered at all, same with the background.

OpenGL works better, world and background are rendered, but there's a screen blinking issue happening every 3 seconds approximately.

Tested with all default options (hybrid ubershaders)
Build 5.0 6081
I7 7700, Zotac 980 Amp Extreme Edition, 16 GBs DDR4
Always using latest dev version unless noted

I wasn't able to get the world to render with either Direct3d or OpenGL in 6.0-6004, even /w EFB/XFB to RAM. Was there a particular option that allowed this to run for you?

I don't remember exactly, but I have the feeling that I didn't change anything apart from switching to OpenGL
