You can either get a complete dump of your Wii's NAND and then launch your installed WiiWare titles by launching the corresponding title.tmd file with Dolphin or use something like ShowMiiNand/ShowMiiWads to recreate WAD files from your NAND dump, then you simply launch those WADs in Dolphin as if they were ISOs...
