Wiiu Pro controller & bluetooth stack

I can connect my controller to the bluetooth, but whenever i close my laptop, reopen it, and try to connect it won't want to connect anymore. the only way i can get it to work again is to reinstall toshiba bluetooth stack program all over again, but that gets very tedious. Is there anyway to solve this issue? I've even tried to press the sync button and connect but that doesn't work either.

I use the toshiba stack, and it comes back after standby just fine. What happens when you use a wiimote in this setup? Does it also exhibit the issue?

i'm not sure, i haven't tried my wiimote since i don't use it, but i will try.
Edit: yeah, same thing happens.
