Recently bought the official wiiu gamecube controller adapter, does not appear to be working. I do not believe it is a hardware problem because i'm using a second official wiiu gc adapter as I returned the first one, hoping it was just a hardware problem. I've downloaded the drivers off of zadig multiple times, I've uninstalled and reinstalled dolphin multiple times. When I go to controller configuration I have direct connect, and rumple both checked, and it says adapter detected. However, in none of the 4 ports do I see gc adapter for qiiu, or anything along those lines. As I've said, i do not believe it to be a hardware problem. I'm confident that my two gc controllers work, and that my pc usb 2.0, and 3.0 ports work.

In 4.0-7840, that's how it's supposed to work. If direct connect is enabled, any plugged in controllers will override what you selected in Dolphin for the port. Just make sure that direct connect is on, connect a controller in port 1, and start playing.

Okay, I do have direct connect enabled, and it regularly says adapter detected, my controller is plugged into the first port, and start playing. Still, it is not recognizing any of the buttons i'm pressing, so I am getting no feedback whatsoever. I installed the Wii u GCN adapter program to attempt to calibrate my controller. It installed perfectly, and said that it detected all 4 of the ports, and that the driver is successfully started. However, that program also does not recognize when I am pressing a button.

Actually, nevermind. After reinstalling the the calibration program I got everything to work. Thank you for your time and reply
