I have same problem. I have 2 clones of wiimote from china and 2 bluetooth dongles(canyon, StLAB class one). Each combinations (Toshiba, blueseil, microsoft stack) don't work. Wiimotes disconnects randomly (more often when i press HOME button). Some games work almost fine (new super mario, sonic tennis, ect.) WTF? any solutions?

Have you tried turning on option "Alternative timing"(Right Click on game -> Properties)?
I have blazepro wiimote with built-in MotionPlus, first day I connected it using Toshiba stack (windows didn't work) and worked just perfect. Played for hours, but on the other day wiimote started to disconnect every 5 seconds. I tried last versions, reconnect device, different options. Please reply. 03-12-2012, 02:01 AM

I had to check "alternate wii timing mode" under the game properties. This happened on a good handful of game until I started selecting that option.

I've tried fully recharged batteries and the wiimotes behaviour is just the same. It keeps disconecting in game, but still connected as bluetooth device. If i try to connect it several times(Alt+F5 and save loadings) it freezes: won't vibrate on refresh no more and even when disconected from bluetooth still 1 light is on and it won't connect until batteries reinserted. Any other advices on this problem? Why it worked perfectly and suddenly stoped?

Here guys, some tools to test your wiimote. It made me realize that problem is not in Dolphin, so you should also try them. http://wiimotelib.codeplex.com/ - To test wiimote response. (Keep it on to see if something goes rong or just freezes)
http://onakasuita.org/wii/index-e.html - that one will allow you to use wiimote like mouse. Use it and see if disconnects or stop response, or don't operate properly. |
