Wiimote wont reconnect anymore

Can anyone tell me what is wrong with dolphin? It seems as though it just deletes or rewrites files on it's own. I have been using it for a week now, sometimes with one controller and sometimes with two. And for some reason it will be doing fine and then the next time I try to reconnect the controllers the first person controller automatically switches to second player within seconds of the game starting. And it does this even when I remove the devices from bluetooth completely and add them back in. It's so damn frustrating. And now I am trying to reconnect just one controller and when I push pair up, the device installs but when I push refresh nothing happens. I reinstalled dolphin, restarted computer, removed from bluetooth and added to bluetooth about about 15 times and nothing.

Try to delete SYSCONF from \User\Wii\shared2\sys. Then start dolphin.
I have similar issues sometimes. I think the wiimote support is broken somehow.
Also there should be an option in the menu to choose which MAC address will be used for which Wiimote (1-4).
At the moment it is kind of random
