Dolphin won't let me connect/sync them with bot of the nunchuks at the same time, i have also used other nunchuks and still the same issue. This kind of issue i don't have by the Wiimote Motion Plus 2in1.
I am using the Dolphin stable version 5.0 and the Mayflash Dolphin Bar with the latest firmware on.
Can someone please help me ?

Before you do anything else: download and install the latest development version from the top of the download page. Since 5.0 "stable" there have been some changes in how the Wiimote gets detected.
