Wiimote unresponsive + disconnects randomly

Hi I'm currently trying to figure out what to do about my wiimote problems. I have checked the batteries on my wiimotes and they're not the issue. I am currently using this brand of bluetooth dongle: http://www.insigniaproducts.com/products/computer-speakers-accessories/NS-PCY5BMA.html

Previously I have been able to play with the wiimode pairing fine but lately have been having trouble. I can pair the wiimotes to the bluetooth after a little bit of trouble but eventually they disconnect. Additionally when playing the game the wiimote will act fine before getting stuck sending signals like moving left or others. Is there anything I can do?

I am currently using the latest dolphin version 4.0 -9267

You should try a usb extender cable.

Some disconnects are caused by pc EMI interference when a bt dongle is connected too close to pc case.

What was the previous version of dolphin that was working fine ?

Which bluetooth stack are you using ?
