I finally found a decent configuration for using the PS3 Sixaxis controller as an Emulated Wiimote and id' like to share, its a work in progress, and not everything is mapped out, but its playable, and so much fun! so your help is invaluable!

Being able to shake the Ps3 controller in Super Mario Galaxy is a thing to behold, it doesn't beat a Real Wiimote, but because dolphin disconnects mine in some games, i looked for a great alternative.

You'll need the Motionjoy Plugin of-course http://www.motioninjoy.com (Install the driver and Enable PS3)

Now on to the good stuff:

Thank you very much for the settings. Have the same idea with New Super Mario Bros. The settings work quite well, but doing this "propeller fan" with shaking is quite difficult to get this on command... Anybody some ideas how to get Mario as simple as possible moving up in the air with his "propeller fan"?
Thank you very much for assistance!

On my configuration I do not have
Quote:Backward: Slider 1+
Left: Axis Zr+
Right: Axis Zr-
Dead Zone: 5

I only have X,Y,Z

Is this normal? I really want to set up the wii remote using my ps3 controller.

No six axis require

Shake
X:
Y:
Z: button 5

This is the most easy and accurate one, i use R1 button , just hit once then works.

I just used these settings and they seem alright, though the Tilting doesn't work properly for me. I can't pick-up things, like the Toads, that require Button 1 and Tilting on New Super Mario Bros.
