wiimote that dosen't work with PC ?

Hi,
i bought a wiimote from ebay which can connect to my PC, but does not recognize any buttons being pressed Undecided
Dolphin can assign the wiimote to one Player, but it can't be connected ingame to be shown as avaiable wiimote.

I tested that with a little glovPie-programm which maps a few wiimote-buttons to the keyborad for a SNES-Emulator.

Is there anything i can do to fix this besides buying another wiimote ?

Not all knockoffs/asian copy wiimotes work with dolphin. They have their custom firmware and bluetooth transmitter which is similar, but still different to the original one.

However, you connected Wiimote to the PC already. This suggests it could be functional. Did you remember these steps?

-Default wiimote is emulated. Change it to 'real' and press refresh after pairing up, until it says "1 real wiimotes connected". Then press OK. If your Wiimote has 4 lights lit up, you did it wrong. If it has 1 square on the left, you did it right.
-If using more than 1, you must only press alt+F6-F8 in the game in character selection screen, not before that.

The LED's which indicates the number of that wiimote lights up properly.
I also downloaded the latest "wiiuse"-files and it worked with the included example-EXE (v1.2 & v0.6).

I don't know which version of wiiuse dolphin uses, but maybe it's time to update it ?
Replacing the wiiuse.dll from the download with dolphin's wiiuse.dll lets the wiimote-plugin fail on opening and crashes dolphin Sad

I see the wiimote plugin failing to connect most of the time or the keys don't work etc.

I have to try and try until somehow it works.

Maybe updating to a newer wiiuse library would improve it ? Some dev, plz haaaalp !
And what's with the constant disconnects ? I'm using a build by james3333 that auto-reconnects, but that doesn't fix the real problem, it's still unreliable until it starts working out of the blue.

Realised that with the latest SVN of Doplhin, that my Chinese Black Wii Mote Wink doesn't work anymore, I really can't get it to work in the Games, even when it worked in all SVNs up to somehow 5000!!! An the most weired thing, it can be connected in Doplhin in the config! Dolphins shows me there 2 WiiMotes and both rumble on pair up, but starting a Games, nothing more happens no reaction of any of my motes!?!!! Using an older SVN works again without a problem!

For me something semes just to be broken there in newest SVNs
