I wouldn't use motionjoy. MS bluetooth stack or toshiba is best for wiimotes, unless someone else can provide information otherwise. It perplexes me that the drivers would remain functional for a few reboots, but afterwards stop functioning...there may be a registry problem going on...maybe i'm looking too far into it...
I looked around and this seems close, though I don't want to lead you in the wrong direction.

You need to find out if you are installing JUST the MS bt drivers first. uninstall everything and what does your dongle install driverwise right when you plug it in?
Also check the device manager (right click my computer, properties, devices manager in upper left) You should see bluetooth radio or something there. if there is a yellow exclamation triangle sign, your drivers may not be installed properly etc. "scan for hardware changes" to see if the drivers will automatically re-install. Otherwise I would try the above link. provide screenshots of your device driver, error windows, etc. or PM me and perhaps I can help with other options.
I hope you don't have to do that through the device manager every time XD

I have to use toshiba stack with my wiimotion plus (-TR kind) but everytime i restart or put it to sleep, it stops functioning so i have to reinstall toshiba stack everytime! its arduous and aggravating! So I feel your pain...
