Hello I recently bought an ASUS BT400 bluetooth dongle so I could play Wii games through dolphin with a real wiimote. Yesterday, when I received everything, it was all working fine. However, today when I attempted to do the same my wiimote suddenly won't connect to dolphin nor my computer. It'll briefly show up under my connected devices but show a "driver error" and then disconnect when the wiimote turns off. I don't have any 3rd party drivers or anything like that to my knowledge. I've uninstalled my bluetooth drivers, unplugged and replugged my dongle, and restarted my computer to no avail. Any help on this issue would be appreciated, thank you.

I am seemingly having the same issue to no avail. 03-15-2021, 10:56 AM
Have you tried using the Bluetooth Passthrough method? https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?t...assthrough

If this is still happening to you, the solution I figured out is using Dolphin 5.0 and connecting your controller to that, and then you can use your up to date Dolphin to play your games. It's a bit rudimentary but it works for me. I've not seen any of the other threads where people have had this issue get answered, so hopefully anyone who stumbles upon this can try this and see if it works for them too. |
