Wiimote slow that speeds up when a second one is connected

Hi everyone,

I have a weird issue with Dolphin. I have the emulator configured to use two real wiimotes. When I connect the official one I have, the pointer seems to connect and disconnect continuously by the movement I get from it. The moment I connect another one, a generic one in this case, it starts moving normally, but still a bit slower than the generic one. If I connect the generic one as first remote, without the other one connected, it works perfectly fine. If I then connect the official one, both work, but still the official moves like at a slower refresh rate. If I configure Dolphin to only use one controller, I can use both indistinctly and they work (still the official slower than the generic).
I'm using Windows 10 x64 and the bluetooth adapter is a 4.1 that comes integrated in the motherboard (it's an Asus z170i Gaming Pro 5, I think the bluetooth adapter is a Broadcomm one)

Is this a normal behaviour? Is a know issue with some remotes?

Thanks!

An update on this. I've tried connecting to the Mayflash dolphin bar I bought instead. Using that bluetooth the controllers work fine so it seems this is related to software or hardware. I've also tried through a laptop with an Intel PCIe bluetooth adapter and I had the same problem. I'm using Windows 10 in both the PC and the laptop. Could it be related to Windows drivers? I've tried updating the drivers to the latest version I could find but with no luck.
I could just use the Mayflash bluetooth but that one is giving me a hard time. I've updated to the latest firmware and now I need to connect the remotes through it, otherwise the IR is not even started. The problem with this is that, even after syncing the wiimotes, everytime I disconnect them, I need to press the sync button in the bar and reconnect them, something that doesn't seem to always work. Using the PC bluetooth, once synced, next time I wanted to connect them I only had to to press the 1 and 2 buttons and windows would recognized them straightaway. I was expecting the Mayflash bar to do something similar but it's not the case. Am I missing something here? In case the problem with the PC bluetooth adapter is just some wrong drivers, is there any way to downgrade the bar to the previous firmware?

Thanks.

Yet another update. When connecting using the integrated bluetooth, I've been able to verify that the cause of the problem is the "Continuous scanning" option. Unchecking that option, I don't have any problem with the controller but that means that I have to manually ensure that Dolphin detects them at start up. Does this make any sense to someone? Is there any power management setting somewhere in windows related to bluetooth devices I'm missing? What I don't get is why only one of the remotes suffers from this but not the other?
