Wiimote shake does not work

I am using Dolphin 5.0-12716 on Windows 10 x64, and a real Wiimote.
In multiple games where I need to shake wiimote, it almost doesn't respond, only when is shook from random angles and vigorously.
I have tested wiimote on Dolphin for MacOS and it works perfectly.
Tried searching for settings but nothing comes up.

Which games?
What are you trying to do in these games?
Are you using Bluetooth "passthrough" or "emulating" a Bluetooth adapter?

I'm emulating adapter. But I just found the answer.
Kind of obvious, but, if you have other bluetooth device connected it will mess with wiimote.
It was working but kind of wanky, now that I removed other bluetooth devices it works well
