Hi,
Should shake work with Wiimotes? I have both new and old Wiimotes with and without motionplus but I havent been able to get shake working on either of those with NSMB or Mario Kart. Everything else works fine, on the controller configuration I have set both Wiimotes as "Real Wiimote" and selected continuous scanning.

Works fine now. For some reason shake didn't work on 5.0 which is about a year old build now, but both -TR and non -TR Wiimotes work perfectly on build 4607, I tested on Mac and PC.

Bluetooth passthrough works fine too, only thing is that everytime I start Dolphin and emulate a game I have to press the red sync button on Wiimotes and then press the sync remotes button on Dolphin controller configuration.

Is there an easier way to connect paired Wiimotes or is this how it should work?

Forgot to mention that I have Atheros AR3012 (AR9462) that according to Wiki should remember pairings, but everytime I stop emulation, I have to pair remotes again.

Have you tried deleting both $NAND/btdinf.bak and $NAND/shared2/sys/SYSCONF? Sometimes the old fake pairing info added for emulated BT can cause issues.
