I actually had the UGREEN adapter sitting on my desk (for some reason, it just wouldn't work with bluetooth passthrough even though the list says it should), so I swapped it with the Asus adapter, and boy did it make a difference. It's a much more stable connection, and I have much more precise control over the Wiimote pointer in Emulated Bluetooth mode (which may be one of the best things about Dolphin; playing Metroid Prime 3 with no sensor bar? Awesome)
