Wiimote RVL-003 no longer working with Windows 7

I recently installed Dolphin 5.0 so I could play all of my favorite Wii games on the go, pairing my WiiMote (Not motion plus) was easy enough. Hit 1 + 2 while adding a new device, pair without code, and open Dolphin. Everything worked flawlessly until today when I woke up my laptop from sleep, and the WiiMote wouldn't pair.  Angry

The first thing it did was Install device drivers, Windows 7 successfully installed the Bluetooth HID driver, but "Bluetooth Peripheral device" got stuck on "Searching Windows Update" and would continue until the WiiMote gave up with the driver install stating "X    Device Unplugged". I decided to install the drivers from another site and boot Windows 7 to skip verifying device drivers so it would install. the driver install said the WiiMote paired successfully but the lights kept on blinking and on Dolphin trying to pair the WiiMote didn't work, either. In my device menu the WiiMote would appear as a device "Nintendo RVL-CNT-01" but after it successfully paired, the WiiMote would disappear from the device menu.

So this is where I am. Installed WiiMote device drivers, hours of unsuccessful work, and no results. I've already uninstalled and reinstalled the device and restarted my computer with no luck.
What do I do?

Wiimotes don't have drivers, so I have no idea what you installed.

Yup, I restored my computer to before I installed those drivers so everything is fresh. I tried hooking up the Wiimote normally but now it's stuck "Searching for updates". The Wiimote keeps turning off before the computer can finish and I've pressed the 1 + 2 buttons rapidly for a few minutes with no luck. The batteries in the Wiimote are brand new. Here's a picture of what's happening. What do I do?
