Hi Guys,
I recently discovered the magic or connecting a real Wiimote via Bluetooth and have been experiencing issues reconnecting once I have restarted my computer.
I first connected a Wiimote to my desktop using the stock Bluetooth driver and everything worked great!
But after sending my desktop for a restart, the Wiimote wouldn't connect a second time.
It still showed that the Wiimote was installed under My Bluetooth Devices, but both the Wiimote and Dolphin 4.0.2 said otherwise.
I tried using the Alt + F5 or F8 keys, but that wouldn't work.
I also tried uninstalling my stock Bluetooth driver and installing the recommended Toshiba driver, but that only made things worse. (Couldn't connect to other Bluetooth devices after that.)
I gave up on the project until yesterday when I received my new laptop.
I installed Dolphin 4.0.2 and connected my Wiimote using the stock Bluetooth driver and everything worked great!
But, once I restarted my laptop, it had the same fate as my desktop.
If I look in My Bluetooth Devices it shows the Wiimote is still connected, but even if I remove that device and reconnect, I can't get the Wiimote to act the same way it did when I initially connected it for the very first time.
Any suggestions?
As always, any tips, tricks or comments are greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
-Kevin
