Same here, but seeing that the wiimote can't pair automatically with the PC seems fair enough to me to not complaint about it.
Because the only thing Dolphin could do (imo) is to turn off the wiimote just as you can do by pressing the power off button, resulting in "pair loose" and who can be very annoying to pair the controller everytime you start a game/dolphin.
