Im gonna quote you what i said early in another thread.

Apostacious Wrote:OMFG i installed bluesoleil just to see what it was about (w7 default drivers were working fine with wiimote) and totally fucked up my computer, Didn't connect to anything and when unistalled not even w7 default drivers worked, I had to do a system restore. I grabbed the blusoleil cd and crushed it with one hand so it could not harm anyone ever again.

as you can read from my edit bluesoleil did not worked for me so i don't know how it will work for you under xp.
have you been able to connect the wiimote to your computer successfully with bluesoleil? If so all you have to do is open dolphin up and check and uncheck "use real wiimote" till the wiimote vibrates and one light stays on.

If you already installed bluesoleil try through it, just press the red button on the back or the 1 and 2 buttons together to make the wiimote discoverable.
and check the bluesoleil manual.

I know not other way of connecting a bluetooth device, Ive been away from xp since windows 7 beta.
hopefully you can find this useful http://www.instructables.com/id/How-To-Connect-your-Wiimote-to-your-PC-via-Blueto/

I'm on build 4709 64-bit. I managed to pair my Wiimote with the Targus Ultra-Mini Bluetooth Adapter on my Windows 7 x64 PC, and right after it registers the Wiimote, if I go into Dolphin and play games the Wiimote works fine. However, I'm unclear how to get Dolphin to resync with the remote after the initial pairing. I've tried pushing 1+2 together before starting Dolphin, then going into Dolphin and playing a game. I've also tried pressing A to see if that works. Nothing seems to trigger recognition in Dolphin after the initial pairing and the only way I can seem to get around this is by repairing the Wiimote by temporarily removing the device from Bluetooth devices. Is there something I'm missing? How exactly am I supposed to get the Wiimote to work in Dolphin after the initial pairing?

Edit: I do have a regular Wii downstairs, which is apparently sensitive enough that if I hit the power button on the Wiimote from my upstairs bedroom, the Wii turns on.

Edit again: Is the Wiimote only pairable with one device at a time? I think maybe hitting the power button is what messed things up. I'm a bit new to Bluetooth.

Yeah you can't pair a wiimote to 2 devices at the same time.

You have to uninstall/Resintall it on windows if it isn't working anymore in dolphin.
