Wiimote Problems

Hello
Im having a problem connecting my wiimote , when i used to pair my wiimote with windows 7 upon pairing the leds went from blinking to just led 1 being lit, for some reason now the leds continue to blink even though windows is recognizing the wiimote and installing the drivers.
Anyone got any ideas on this?

You are pairing the wiimote in Dolphin using the pair up button?
