Try Alt+F5 to reconnect it while the game is still running. Also try actually using the search box before making a new thread.
OS: Windows 10 64 bit Professional
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5900X
RAM: 16GB
GPU: Radeon Vega 56

Try to "Refresh" in Wiimote Config. Also is it an official Wiimote? Are you using a sensor bar? And which game is it?

yes this is official wiimote and I test it on Wii console for hours, and I'm not using sensor bar, the game is table tennis in Mario and sonic 2012.

If you don't use a sensor bar you might get issues in some parts of some games. Try to come close of your screen or you might use emulated Wiimote for parts where you got issues.
Not the best deal but better than nothing Undecided

Alternate timing mutes the speaker, hence the lack of sound.
