I'll just leave the one fact I know here: the golden Wii Remote that comes with the game has MotionPlus built-in, isn't a -TR remote, and works absolutely perfectly with Dolphin on any BT stack that works with a normal old Wii Remote. Use that one if you can, it's wonderful.
