Wiimote Plus not being recognized correctly, neither connecting

Hello guys, this is my first doubt ever with Dolphin, so please take it easy.

I got a 3rd party Wiimote+ to use with Dolphin, but I cannot pair it to Windows at all. Funny thing is: I can pair it to my brother's laptop and play with Dolphin (didn't try a Motion Plus game, though) with no hassle at all.

Back to my desktop, I do use an USB bluetooth 2.0 dongle and MS stack, and whenever I try to pair it (be it pressing the red Sync, or 1+2), it only shows "Bluetooth Peripheral Device" instead of "Nintendo RVL-CNT-01". Notice it isn't a -TR Wiimote+.
I did try using the Toshiba stack and also BlueSoleil, to no effect, as searching with them returned me the wiimote's unique identifier (08:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx) instead of the name, and couldn't connect as well.

It is also worthy noting that I did pair normal wiimotes (my cousin's) beforehand with my desktop, and played normally.

Any idea what might be the trouble?

About it being 3rd party, okay, I know it is hit and miss. But I got it to work REALLY easily with my brother's laptop, like... 1st try.

About my dongle, well... I said I did use my cousin's wiimote, through this same dongle.

So it may be your dongle.

Still, no idea why my windows only recognize it as Bluetooth Peripheral Device, instead of RVL-CNT-01?
