Wiimote plus doesnt connect to pc

aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa please somebody must help me, im not gonna use my wii controller to dolphin or as a mouse im gonna build something mindblowing BUT there is one thing that keeps me from finnish it! to make it work i must have a wii remote connected to my pc, So i bought a wii controller. there is no more wiimotes left so i had to buy a wiimote plus, and i have tried bluesoile or what ever its called and i have tried to use toshiba and the regular windows bluetooth but nothing recongnized my fu**ing wiimote plus. PLS anyone is there ANY way to get a motion plsu working or can i just throw my controllers out of the window togheter with my Giant Idea!???!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!?!?!? plz if anyone helps me ill be for ever greatful.

If anyone have skype or steam i will be REALLY happy if i can actuly chatt with someone who have succesfuly got the plus working
