Hi!
I read the other day that in Dolphin 5.0 the infamous crackling noise was fixed and we could at last play with real wiimote sounds, at least using TR-wiimotes.
Happy to know this, I downloaded the new version and I went and bought an official TR-wiimote (I only had "regular" wiimotes).
I connected it the way the guide on the page tells us to (via the red button on the back (I have Windows 10))... but it's producing the same crackling noise as my normal wiimotes did
.
I tried jumping from HLE to LLE in sound options, XAudio, OpenAL with different latencies, tried different USB bluetooth dongles... all to no avail. I've tried it with Super Mario Kart Wii and the Home menu.
I have a good enough PC (gtx 970, i5, etc) and my framerates are good so I don't think that's the problem.
I've tried to play with "emulated" wiimote and the sound sounds good on the PC speakers.
What's missing, or what may I be doing wrong?
Thank you!
