Wiimote Plugin not working...

I've tried everything suggested on this forum and every other forum out there for getting the wiimote settings to show up and still no luck. Using xp64 and followed all the instructions carefully. Updated C++ and Directx etc and the drop down window for wiimote plugins is still blank. If anyone has any other ideas please feel free to post here or pm me, thanks in advance.
