hi, I am having an issue with wiimote, the device syncs fine but after 30 seconds the wiimote disconnects no mattering if the game is running or not.
I am using dolphin 3.0-796 latest revision for linux (archlinux)
GPU gtx580LE
CPU phenon x4 955
16GB ram
Bus 008 Device 002: ID 0a12:0001 Cambridge Silicon Radio, Ltd Bluetooth Dongle (HCI mode)

I don't know how to fix that, I am thinking this is a dolphin bug.

Do you use a 3rd party wiimote? Did you try the Toshiba stack?

Maybe your dongle. Have you tried to use any other BT device with it?
