Running Win7 64-bit. I can pair my Wiimotes with Dolphin 3.0-157 and Dolphin 2.0, but no other versions will pair with it. I've tried the trick where you remove it from Windows BT devices and then pair with 1+2 in Dolphin, and that's not working. Tried restarting Dolphin, clicking refresh, pair, etc a million times; it'll install the driver every time, but never pair with the controller so that it goes in to the "player 1" state. I'm not sure what's different in 157 that makes it work, but I'd like to use newer versions for obvious reasons. Any idea why it would do this, or maybe how to make it pair with the newer versions?
Alright so just to make sure there are some answers on here, I tried these builds from ExtremeDude:

His 3.0-201 works like a charm. Here's the steps I took:
- Paired Wiimote with Windows via 1+2 buttons and clicking "add device" under BT devices section.
- Opened Dolphin 3.0-201 x64 by ExtremeDude
- Opened Wiimote dialog, selected "Real Wiimote" from the list and clicked refresh
- Walaa!
