Wiimote on Mac

Hi, I'm Italian and I'm not very good with English but I hope I can explain my problem. I have a Mac with macOS High Sierra 10.13.5 and a wiimote not Nintendo, but I'm unable to connect with bluetooth and also by Dolphin... If I press 1+2 nothing happens... what I have to do? Do you have some help for me or it's simply not possible? Thank you for every help you could give me...

Yes, I have tried but I haven't the + button (or I didn't find it) and when the Mac scanning I press the red button for sync but in the bluetooth setting don't appear nothing so I don't Know what to do... If I try the guide in the part "If pair fails" it's the same when I press the red sync button don't happen nothing... maybe I made something wrong, but I don't understand what...
