Wiimote on keyboard problem..should it do this?

I have just recently started using Dolphin Emulator once again and my problem is with the wiimote, is it supposed to go to the very top instantly or any other direction and not be able to hit anything other than the center and the edges of the screen. Is it possible to use the mouse in order to direct where the wiimote is pointed?
