Well, what I want is rather simple: I want to use my gamepad (Logitech Dual Action and yes, I love it) instead of Wiimote and Nunchuk together (specifically I'd like to try Dead Rising: Chop Till You Drop). The idea was as follows:

- use D-Pad as Wiimote D-Pad
- use Left Analog as Wiimote (as mouse does by default)
- use Right Analog similarly as Nunchuk
- use gamepad main buttons as Wiimote A, B, 1 and 2 buttons
- use triggers for +, -, Z and C buttons
- use... errr, I'm not sure what to use isntead of Nunchuk's analog stick

The problem is with analogs. By default mouse almost perfectly emulates Wiimote. But I can't make it be emulated on Analong Stick.

How can I do it? I perfectly understand that I won't get a full 3d-motion emulation, but I could do it in one plane, like mouse does (I could play Dead Rising with keyboard and mouse, but it requires Nunchuk as well). So I need some help.

If you change the Wii-mote plugin to the "new incomplete" Wii-mote plugin, you can then use your analog sticks as the pointer. I'm not sure if it has changed in the newer builds, but that is how I have it setup in my R6000 build.

Ummm... sorry, where do I get this plugin? Mine Dolphin 2.0 doesn't have this, and I haven' seen any plugins on the site Downloads page.

You're using an old version of Dolphin, try these new builds. They are being updated and features added almost everyday. You will find that some games work better or worse than before, and that some games that may not have worked at all in the 2.0 release may now work.

Change the plugin in the Wii-mote options.

Wow, this really works much better, thanks! I had no idea new versions were released that often.
