wiimote not working...

Using win7 32 and dolphin 2 and a nightly build I grabbed yesterday. The wiimote connects fine using bluesoleil and microsofts bluetooth driver. I open dolphin, open the wiimote config and the wiimote vibrates and says its connected.
In recording all it shows is battery life. Theres nothing at all in games though.
I've tested the wiimote with WiiMoteTestingApplication and its all good there.
Its driving me nuts, what am I missing?

ok, I just had it working with a game. Just one game out of 7 or so.
I see something like:
20:58:251 .\Src\VolumeCreator.cpp:229 W[DIO]: Wiidisc magicword not found.
Offset: 0x18 value: 0000
20:58:251 .\Src\VolumeCreator.cpp:239 W[DIO]: Wad magicword not found.
in the logs, am I running into some kind of copy protection thats stopping the wiimote from working maybe? Like how you have to download a bios for some of the older emulators?

same problem here, wiimote sync works with Dolphin (only one) but all the games i've tried say there's no controller... candles are plugged.

I've been watching this thread, seems to be a common problem.
