My wiimote is connected to my PC, and my sensor bar is receiving power, click here to look: http://imgur.com/ye3JBkS (note: the lights were only visible to me through the camera.), but when the wiimote moves, it doean't affect or do anything. Any suggestions, ideas, or advice?

Do you have it synced with Bluetooth? thats how the real Wiimotes attach to the Wii, and it'll be the same for PC, the sensor bar is just an IR device the Wiimote then uses to approximate it's location. the Wii Motion Plus i believe is the addition of a gyroscope. Also note that Wiimotion plus (built into the controllers) is troublesome to set up, here is a guide: https://dolphin-emu.org/docs/guides/wii-remote-plus-rvl-cnt-01-tr-connection-guide/

It is connected, but the motion controls still don't work.

Does the wiimote work in games that don't involve motion or pointer control?

Alright, and what actions are not working correctly? For reference, the pointer is not "motion control", it's the pointer, so be sure not to mix those two up.

Let's do a quick test - Load a wii game, and press the home button on the wiimote. In the menu, does the pointer appear?

When people whine that we spoonfeed them questions, it's people like this who cause it. There was more than one question in there!

Anyway, what is your sensor bar setup?
