I have, I think the exact same stuff, and the same problem. Is it written RVL-036 on the bottom of your black wiimotes ? If so, i got the same wiimote. I've got the Kinivo Bluetooth too bought on amazon.ca. I can't get my wiimotes detected by Windows 7 even with the Toshiba BT stack properly installed. I don't know what to do. I already asked help for this issue but it seems there is no answer for that. Hope someone kind has some clue for how to get rid of this problem. Sad
