I am running Windows XP 64 bit.

When I open the Bluetooth Devices on my PC, I can search and find and connect my Wiimote. But once I hit "okay" can close Bluetooth Devices, the Wiimote disappears from the list.

Does anyone have any advice for me?

Keep pushing the 1 and 2 button from your wiimote, and then press connect?

Have a go installing the devices one more time, I know i am running Vista and when i get my Wiimote connect to my bluetooth it sometimes do not work and disappears like yours!
Open Dolphin at the same time doing it and click on the Wiimote icon to connect.

Are you using Windows bluetooth or some Bluetooth from a CD or something?

Windows Bluetooth. I tried installing that one BlueSoleil program but I didn't like all the stuff it installed and the icons in my notification area. Plus it didn't connect the Remote any better.

What Wiimote Icon in Dolphin? It just opens the Wii Remote settings, which doesn't do anything. And all the buttons correspond to my keyboard and not the Wii Remote. And in games, my mouse is what controls it and not the Wii Remote still.

I hold down the reset button on the back of my remote, and 1+2, and both don't work. I mean the Wii Remote connects, but it immedietly loses it.

In Dolphin there is a icon what says Wiimote next to the Pad icon. When your Wiimote is connected to your PC and you click on the Wiimote icon it will make your Wiimote vibrat. have a look in Wiimote settings and tick the box for "Use real Wiimote and Commect Real Wiimote"

See if they are on!
And if all is well your Wiimote player one light will go blue.

Right after I installed my wiimote via Bluetooth on Win7x64 , I checked Windows Update and there was an update for my Bluetooth Dongle(Trust).
After This update , I had no more Problems connecting my wiimote !(nintendo RV-1)

I hope It will help .

Good Luck !

When your Wiimote is recognized by your OS , and it's still installing driver , keep pushing button 2 and launch Dolphin !

Then you will be able to use It properly!

I figured it out. While the lights on the Wiimote are blinking, you need to

1. Get it to connect to your computer's Bluetooth.

2. Immediately click on the Wii Remote settings for Dolphin.

It should then sync up. And it works amazingly. I can't wait to get to a store and buy a wireless sensor bar! Thank you Dolphin Team!! Now can our next update by focused solely on Punch-Out? hehe
