Wiimote+ not connecting

I am trying to set up a light blue Wiimote with motion plus built in (RVL-CNT-01)
I am trying to connect it to a rocketfish micro bluetooth (RF-MRBTAD)

The device adds fine, but it doesn't seem to want to connect. I press the 1 and 2 buttons and it just stays searching (blinking)

Any idea how to solve this??

I wonder how people expect other people to help them when they post absolutely no information about their PC and other information when they post? How long can this go on, weeks, months, years.... decades?
