Wiimote & ISO error

Hi
I would like to play wii games on my computer .
I have a wii , a wiimote , and the game Super Mario Galaxy
I have downloaded and installed the latest version of Dolphin , but i have the Wiimote.dll error and (I have downloaded SMG on the Peer-to-peer in .rar) Dolphin says that it's not an ISO/GCM wii game
I have tried to change the name of the .rar to .iso and .gcm but this doesn't work

I can connect my wiimote with my bluetooth key

I have searched on the forum to get more informations on my problems but , i have found anything

(Sorry for my bad english ^^)

A last thing , in the plugins tab , i have nothing in Pad and Wiimote ...
