Okay so I recently purchased a Bluetooth dongle and it came with bluesoleil the issue I am having is that even though I can discover my wiimote's I can't establish a conection because it keeps asking for a pin to pair them, any help will be appreciated.

P.S. I've already tried the basic 0000 and 1234. I also tried setting it as Bluetooth human interface device without pairing it just fails.

Even if it's provided with your dongle you should avoid BlueSoleil

If you're trying to pair it within BlueSoleil (or *any* BT drivers, usually), you're probably doing it wrong. Delete any connections to it in BlueSoleil, then just try to connect it from within Dolphin.

I've never used BlueSoleil, but I can tell you that connecting a remote within Dolphin is as easy as opening the Wiimote settings and pressing 1+2 on your remote.

As for recommendations for other Bluetooth stacks, the Toshiba stack is the best one for using Wii Remotes with: https://dolphin-emu.org/docs/guides/wii-remote-plus-rvl-cnt-01-tr-connection-guide/
