WiiMote flashing, but dont work in dolphin

I just got my Bluetooth adaptor in the mail today and I want to use it in Dolphin. i used this guide http://www.wiiprojects.org/bluetooth.html . Everything seemed to work fine. But when i open Dolphin nothing happens. The wiimote just keeps flashing, it does not change to "1" and when i go into the wiimote config it says "connected to 0 real WiiMote(s)". The input source is set to real WiiMote.
I Use Win7 x64 and Dolphin SVN R 4771 x64.

Is there something i am missing, or does anyone know why it will not work ?

You dont need BlueSolei in Win7. Uninstall it, then click pair controllers in dolphin.

Did you tried the "Refresh wiimotes" button
