I'm trying to play a Wii Game with Dolphin 5.0 with my Wiimote. My Bluetooth devices say that Nintendo RVL-CNT-01-TR is connected and working properly because I have Windows 10. But when I turn on a Wii game, it tells me "Wiimote Disconnected". I had Wiimote settings set to Real Wiimote. The current article said we could use the real Wii remotes without any special setup. Is there something I might be doing wrong?

Quote:Could you share how to make it work? I have the same problem. Thanks And what version of Dolphin and Windows do you have? If you have Dolphin 5.0 and Windows 8.1 or 10 and a WiiMotion Plus Wiimote and Bluetooth, all you have to do is click "Show Bluetooth Devices", then when you press the red sync button on your Wiimote, Windows will discover it as Nintendo RVL-CNT-01-TR. If a prompt pops up and reads enter passcode for the game controller, just click "Next". And Voila, the remote is now paired. Open Dolphin, then go to "Controller Configuration", set Wiimote 1 to "Hybrid Wiimote" or "Real Wiimote". Once it's paired with the computer, press "Refresh" then press the red sync button, wait until you feel a rumble, then voila! All connected. Oh, and you should tick "Continuous Scanning", so you don't have to push "Refresh" every time. 06-25-2016, 01:29 PM
It works with dolphin 4.0+ before. Once I updated to 5.0, it doesn't work. I have win10 x64, using toshiba, already set at real wiimote (exactly what I had before). I will try it later. Thanks!
