To answer your question we need a few answers first:

1. In what way are you connecting the Wii-mote to your computer? By using Bluetooth Passthrough or Real Wiimote?
2. How does it disconnect? By turning off the Wii-mote entirely or do you get the yellow text saying Wiimote disconnected?
3. What game are you trying to play? does it also happen in other games?
4. Does pressing ALT+F5 (for Wii-mote 1, or F6-8 for Mote 2-4) while in game work?
