Wiimote difficulties

So, I just got a Nintendo Wii remote, and received my Bluetooth dongle in the mail today.
I can get my computer, and Dolphin, to detect the remote and make it work, and I can start Metroid Prime 3 on Dolphin just fine.
After I hit Pair Up, it paired up, and the Wiimote vibrated.
Upon hitting Refresh, it vibrates again.

The problem is, after a certain amount of time, it simply says "Communications with the Wii Remote have been interrupted." and I can't do anything from there but close the emulation and re-connect the remote to Dolphin, and repeat the process.

I don't know very much about Bluetooth, as I've never used it before now, but if someone could help me out, it'd be much appreciated.
Also, I'm using Windows 7 64-bit. Sorry about the double post; I can't find the edit button.
Also, if I turn off the Wiimote, I need to uninstall all Bluetooth-related drivers and reinstall them to reconnect it properly, otherwise the drivers break and can;t be redownloaded without the aforementioned action.

You might want to look into hotkey menu (Dolphin > Options > Hotkey Settings) to find hotkeys for controller # disconnect/re-connect

Wiimote has been disconnected (even though blue LED is still on) due to inactive for good number of minutes

That works, but it just keeps happening, especially during cutscenes. Thank you for your help, Lucario, but can anyone perhaps provide a more permanent solution?
Also, I think that second problem removed itself.

For how long you left wiimote inactive, exactly? You might want to press any button (one kind of button that will not interrupt cutscene) once every minute to stay connected.

The wiimote would turn off by real Wii console. But for some reason the emulated wii couldn't be able to tell wiimote to turn off and will start believing wiimote isn't connected even though it is still on. However I might be wrong lol

It does this during use. Without being inactive. That's the problem.

Ah I see... That's definitely an issue.

It's a Nintendo Wii remote. That's not the problem.

Yes, this worked. Thank you. Now I'm having a different problem, though. I'll look at other threads and if I don't get anywhere, I'll start a new one.
