How to properly configure WiiMote?

When i use pair controllers it works for one game if im lucky or dont work at all. After i close that one game i have to go to bluetooth devices, delete controller and pair again. What im doing wrong?

I have Win7 x64
Intel Core i7 2600K 2.8Ghz
Nvidia Geforce 570GTX
8GB RAM DDR5
Belkin F8T017 Bluetooth dongle with WIDCOMM stack
OS: Windows XP

It simply doesn't work in all games.

In most cases though, before a game starts you should refresh wiimotes in config and press OK. The wiimote will shake and all 4 lights will switch on if you did it correctly (after you exit the screen, you will have one square)

Problem is that usually controller wont shake when i press refresh. I have to delete and repair it to make it work.
