wiimote connecting problem (compiled version from git)

Hello, i compiled dolphin on a fresh lubuntu 14.04 install using this manual: http://code.google.com/p/dolphin-emu/wiki/Linux_Build

System: xeon 1270v3, 4 gb ram, ati 3870, lubuntu 14.04 32 bit
Configuration: wiimote 1: real wiimote, Continues Scanning
Git version: today, 20140201

The problem is that i can't connect my wiimote to this version. If i start a previous compiled 3.5 version on the same system it will connect perfectly. wmgui also works.

Starting dolphin-emu from a terminal gets:

Dolphin found the wiimote but didn't connect.

When i press Alt + F5 the display shows connect/ disconnect within a second. Even if the wiimote isn't in search mode.

I've been having the same problem. I just came across this bug report which seems to cover this issue: https://code.google.com/p/dolphin-emu/issues/detail?id=5997

The problem seems to be isolated to the Linux version with certain bluetooth adapters. There is a proposed patch for fixing the issue in the bug report. A couple people posted that the patch worked in the 4.0 branch. I will try it later when I have time to see if it works for me.

I'm attaching an updated version of the patch posted in the bug report so that it can be applied to the current revision.

The patch fixed the issue for me. Apparently some bluetooth adapters need a little more time to connect than others.
