that's actually a knockoff, we've been talking about these recently http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/thread-6267.html
we're not sure if they work with dolphin or why they wouldn't but that's how it is, some users have reported that their third party wiimotes don't work with dolphin and when they test their original Nintendo ones everything works perfectly.

Hey Guys,
I've tested it with an original Wiimote and now it works! Thanks for your help! 01-21-2010, 08:37 PM
Cool, have fun, now we have a confirmation from you that knockoff wiimotes might not work.

How can knockoffs work with original wii and not with dolphin? Is not emulator supposed to support more instead of less?
How could they work in dolphin recording mode, but not games? Are these two using completely different signal receiving?
